Machine Operator Compensation

The pay for this position is $22.70/hr to start.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Machine Operator Highlights

Hours are Monday - Friday 4PM-12AM

This position is a contract assignment to start and we are looking to make this position a permanent hire.

Must be willing to work overtime and be available for occasional weekend shifts

Machine Operator Responsibilities

Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting

Maintain accurate records and logs per FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards

Support team goals and objectives through effective teamwork

Follow standard operating procedures and routine practices under general supervision

Make effective, routine decisions related to assigned tasks

Machine Operator Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic skills in tasks, techniques, and procedures within a production environment

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications

Perform basic math calculations

Effective verbal communication skills

Ability to work flexible or extended hours, with consistent and punctual attendance

Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities

Strong team collaboration skills
