Overview of the Director of Human Resources role:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Lead all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance to ensure alignment with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Foster a positive company culture by driving engagement initiatives and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources role:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Proven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience driving change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Salary: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on experience
