Job Description:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop End to End Operation Procedure, Test and Validate with Local Grease Technologist and Grease Operator.
Supervise the execution of Equipment Commissioning and Production Trial during Commissioning of the GMP Plant.
Support OR team to prepare all aspect of operation readiness such as Asset, Resource (Manpower), and Procedure/System.
Perform safe GMP Plant Start Up, Compliant with Project Assurance requirement, and support handover process from Project to Operation.
Manages the plant processes, systems and activities which include production and processing of Greases in accordance to Grease Quality Systems.
Manages Assets, HSSE and Quality Performance as well as Utilities, Material Movements and any designated support activities.
Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure maintenance of GMP equipment with minimum downtime affecting production schedule.
Work with the Local Grease Technologist to maximize production output with reduction of changeover/ set-up and tear-down times.
Report any potential incident and near miss through the proper channel.
Ensure Grease Operator and Production Support are trained and competent in required HSSE knowledge and operations skills.
Permit Issuer/Area Supervisor for GMP
Perform a documented and proper shift handover between incoming and outgoing shifts.
Participate in HEMP reviews, Structured Safety Walks, Site ERP Drills and other activities in HSSE Functional Plan
Ensure good housekeeping plant and cleanliness on production area.
KEY CHALLENGES:
24/7 continuous operation plant
Working on a 4 Group & 3-shift basis with seasonal pattern, requiring good fatigue management
Managing team who needs to work on an environment with heat, rotating equipment and noise and chemical hazards which require high safety precautions.
Automated manufacturing process operated by PCS.
Environment with Forklift movement operation.
Proactively exploring CI/Lean initiatives for GMP.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Chemical Process / Engineering or equivalent (Preferred)
Team player and able to foster collaboration within and outside of direct reporting team.
Display personal and team leadership with good communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office
Experience in operating process plant equipment (Preferred)
Experience in operating Plant Control System (Preferred)
Working experience with GSAP (Preferred)
Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) system (Preferred)
