Pay: $19.21/hour – Plus premium pay for qualified bilingual candidates
Schedule: Mon–Fri 7 AM–5 PM (weekends/overtime during harvest)

We’re hiring Grain & Agronomy Operators who want more than just a job. Whether you’re new to ag or bring years of experience, we’ll train you to succeed in a role that keeps grain flowing and fields growing.
What You’ll Do:
Load and unload grain commodities
Blend/load dry or liquid fertilizers and chemicals
Maintain and clean elevator equipment and work areas
Operate heavy equipment if certified (a plus!)
Assist with railcar loading at specific locationsIf you enjoy working independently and as part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a critical agricultural setting.What We’re Looking For:
Comfort working in a dusty, outdoor environment
Willingness to lift/move up to 100 pounds occasionally
A positive, team-oriented mindset
Mechanical or agricultural experience is helpful, but not required
