Freelance Order to Cash (O2C) Billing

We are looking for a freelance OTC specialist to support our Accounts Receivable and billing processes!

You’ll be handling revenue accruals, invoicing, tax documents, and intercompany transactions—ensuring smooth and timely payments with strong attention to detail. Ideal for someone with solid AR experience and great stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Managing accrual revenue and prepare invoicing processes

Following up on outstanding unbilled and resolving billing issue

Preparing and processing tax invoices

Maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records and ensuring timely payments

Handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations

Assist in billing and Account Receivable related

Requirements:

Strong accounting background, experience in AR

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication with stakeholder

Able to communicate in english
