The Vice President of Customer Experience (VP CX) will provide technical and customer support to clients, assisting with software-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user guidance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software applications who enjoy helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software functionality, issues, and usage.
Troubleshoot software problems, guiding clients through solutions or escalating complex issues to technical teams.
Assist clients with software setup, configuration, and basic training to ensure effective use.
Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
Collaborate with software development and IT teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Preferred Data Corporation’s software products and updates.
Adhere to company policies and customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree
Basic knowledge of software applications, including familiarity with common business software (ERP Manufacturing, accounting, or similar systems)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Accounting Knowledge is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
