Job Summary
We’re looking for a Document Control Associate to support our Quality department with document control and training programs. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage priorities, ensure accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to uphold our manufacturing standards!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of the Document Control program.
Assist with the creation of logs, forms, and documents using appropriate templates.
Assist with coding documents into HERO using HTML when applicable.
Assist with maintenance of document control master table of contents list. Including version control, revision history, control numbers, and document status (active/inactive/archived).
Assist with the issuance of new document requests.
Schedule meetings for document development with department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as directed.
Assist the Quality Training Specialist with developing training materials such as slide decks, comprehension and competency quizzes, and processing training records as directed.
Maintain a working knowledge of relevant government and industry quality assurance standards, codes, and regulations.
Maintain a safe work environment through adherence to companywide safety protocols.

Required Education and Experience
Experience: One-year-related experience training in quality management systems or technical writing.
Required Qualifications
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, botanical guides, plant identification manuals, and governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers. Strong attention to detail, with solid knowledge of grammar and punctuation, ability to proofread accurately and consistently.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications These are not required but are ideal for a successful candidate:
Associate degree in related field or four years related experience training in quality management systems or scientific/technical writing.
Experience developing Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instruction documents in a manufacturing environment.
Working Conditions
Work Environment: On-site office and on-site manufacturing environment.
Travel Requirements: 3 days a week in Williams and 2 days a week in CP.
Physical Demands: Primarily computer work with up to 25% in a GMP manufacturing environment.
