We are a nationally recognized, award-winning, full-service landscape design company. From site design plans by one of our design professionals, to yearly organic lawn care and maintenance programs, to custom masonry, we offer landscaping services throughout Bergen County and the Northern New Jersey area.

Our primary goal is to create satisfied customers by creating and maintaining practical and aesthetically pleasing landscapes while providing the highest quality products and services. We believe in conducting our business socially, ethically, and responsibly.

As a Tree & Shrub Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential care to residential and commercial properties, ensuring the health and attractiveness of ornamental trees and shrubs. This role requires adherence to safety guidelines and regulations and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

You will be responsible to provide fertilizer and pesticide services to maintain the health and attractiveness of ornamental trees and shrubs. Daily, you will maintain accurate records of work performed, including tasks completed, materials used, and time spent on each project. You will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment, handling chemicals, or performing physical tasks. You will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to and from customer locations. You will perform routine inspections and report any equipment issues or requirements for replacement.

You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and tools for optimal performance. You will ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. You should possess the ability to operate tree equipment safely and demonstrate excellent attention to detail paired with a strong work ethic. Additionally, you must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to communicate effectively while fostering teamwork skills. You must possess a strong work ethic and be a reliable contributor to the team. This combination of experience and personal attributes will enable you to successfully perform in this role.

If you value hard work, dedication and are passionate about maintaining the health and beauty of our environment, come join us and help create beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight! We look forward to hearing from you!
