Position Summary
Dietzler Companies is seeking a Part-time Marketing and Administrative support for our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing and employee communication. This position is based in Denver, CO and will report to the Executive Vice President.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Provide marketing and administrative support to the executive team
Assists with document preparation, including internal/external communication material, meeting materials and marketing presentations
Assists with construction proposals
May provide other corporate office support, including ordering supplies, managing IT requests, and office maintenance
Assists in the planning and execution of events
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years marketing and administrative support, preferable for a family-owned business
Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Power Bi, Power Automate, Forms, Flows helpful)
Organizational and time management skills with ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Self-sufficient, ability to prioritize work with little direction and an aptitude in problem-solving
Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential and privileged information
Ability to anticipate and adapt to various work styles
