Business Analyst

We are seeking an analytical and solution-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify problems, analyze requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Translate requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and wireframes.

Support the development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.

Use data analysis to support recommendations and measure outcomes.

Assist in change management and user training for new implementations.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart).

Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

Basic data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Excel); experience with BI tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).

Familiarity with product management or UX principles.

Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics).

Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
