Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team responsible for creating garage door parts. The position offers two shifts: the first shift from 4:30 am to 3:00 pm (four 10-hour days) and the second shift from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am (Monday to Thursday), providing a four-day workweek and a three-day weekend.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of CNC machines to produce garage door parts.

Perform basic setups, offsets, and changeovers on lathes or mills.

Rotate machinery and ensure efficient production flow.

Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.Essential Skills

2+ years of experience operating CNC machines, specifically mills or lathes.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Ability to perform basic setups, changeovers, and offsets.Additional Skills & Qualifications

BG in machining.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, Wisconsin.\Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
