IntelliGenesis is seeking a Pricing Analyst with Program Control experience to support the Finance Team. The candidate will participate in a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities, including but not limited to pricing, planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and development of proposal cost volumes and project financial status to both internal and external customers. Candidate will have significant interface with Program Managers, Contracts Team, and Finance and Technical Personnel.
*This position is contingent upon new contract award anticipated end of June*
Responsibilities:
Develops compliant, complete and competitive Cost Volume(s) for government and/or commercial customers in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and/or Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs)
Provides recommendations on cost strategy, preparing pricing in accordance with requirements, negotiating rates, performing compliance review and serving as liaison between all teammates
Analyzes program profitability and generating pricing for existing programs
Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, tracking projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding requirements to the customer
Reviews and executes award documents and modifications
Generates monthly, quarterly and annual contract financial deliverables and external reports
Prepares and submits program invoices in accordance with contract requirements to include all backup documentation
Calculates revenue adjustments, accruals and cost deferments
Interfaces with Government Customer, Program Managers, Leadership, Contracts and Finance Teams to validate current program cost status
Prepares purchase requisitions, approves subcontractor invoices, and processes payment for active subcontractsRequired Skills:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
BA or BS Degree from an accredited university in related background: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related finance/accounting experience
5+ years of Project Control experience with financials, including budgeting, tracking, and customer service in a government and/or commercial contracting environment
Strong background working with multiple contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and hybrid contracts
Working knowledge of Government Contracting (terminology) and the Project Control field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills - specifically the ability to create and manipulate complex formulas and pivot tables
Ability to complete assignments of moderate complexity on time within a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills as well as the ability to operate independently and as a strong member of a team
Desired Skills:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Knowledgeable of Unanet Accounting software a plus
Knowledgeable of GSA a plus
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
