Building Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

$18 - $21 hourlyResponsibilities:

Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans

Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand

Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria

Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks

Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issuesQualifications:

Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary

You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is requiredAbout Company
