Expected work schedule for the Support Raising Specialist:
Full- or part-time, flexible schedule
Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects
Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
Pay structure for a Support Raising Specialist:
Requires the development of a ministry partner team which supplies the necessary prayer and financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses
Training is provided to develop a team of ministry partners
Pay range is typically between $26,480 and $82,400 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors

Responsibilities of a Support Raising Specialist
The overall role of the Support Raising Specialist is to help move the MPD (Ministry Partner Development) Department forward in the four categories of Coaching, Training, Structure, and Culture. This is accomplished through coordinated efforts and strategy with the MPD Manager. A successful Support Raising Specialist will be involved in coaching others weekly, develop proficiency in MPD health assessment tools, and help facilitate the orientation process of new MPD staff.
The Support Raising Specialist will (list not all inclusive):
Participate in fundraising coaching and accountability processes (new and veteran staff)
Coordinate training with staff by facilitating participation in Via Bootcamps
Be proficient with our fundraising health and feedback assessment tools
Consistent communication with new and existing staff regarding helpful training topics
Help staff craft and fulfill their individual MPD Plans
Qualifications/expectations of the Support Raising Specialist:
Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
Is faithful, loyal and dedicated to IFI's mandate from the Lord to extend God's love globally through equipping volunteers to be effective cross-cultural communicators
Well organized with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently
Ability to work under stress and be flexible
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Support Raising Specialist Required Education/Experience:
Cross-cultural experience preferred
1 - 3 years of fundraising experience preferred
