NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S

PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Governance and Data Science, Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners, Boston, MA. Manage the lifecycle of data products to support their utilization and security. Maintain the data quality platform to ensure adherence to best practices. Support data owners in profiling source data and focusing on Critical Data Elements. Benchmark data quality using defined metrics and recommend solutions for issues. Conduct data testing from source to System of Origin to ensure accuracy across enterprise data domains. Review and enhance data process documentation. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $163,149 - 214,500 / yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

Working with stakeholders to establish standards and processes for data quality, data security and data usage;

Leveraging tools such as SAS, SQL or Python for data testing and analysis;

Designing and/or Developing Business Intelligence application utilizing Snowflake, SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, MSBI, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Microsoft SharePoint Business Intelligence;

Conducting analysis to ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR or CCPA; and

Utilizing ETL tools for data integration and data lineage management.

100% telecommuting permitted.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
