Day-To-Day: * Greets and assists treatment clients as needed.

* Receives incoming phone calls, schedules appointments, makes reminder calls to ensure client attendance, and assists with legal intake orientation documentation (i.e.

client rights, grievance rights, HIPPA, etc.). * Collects co-payments and assists clients with balance amounts.

* Completes and maintains the DAR.

* Files required documents for client charts and prepares files to be archived and stored.

* Submits sign-in sheets for billing purposes.

* Completes co-payment and census reports Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Valid Texas Drivers' License.
