The Opportunity
We're looking for a Sales Representative who loves the thrill of the close and the satisfaction of helping customers find the right tools for their business. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, making it perfect for someone who’s both hungry and customer-focused.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via inbound leads, outreach, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and compatibility for their print setups
Provide consultative sales recommendations tailored to customer goals
Track customer interactions and deals using our CRM
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure customer success
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of sales experience (e-commerce, tech, or B2B a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-through, self-motivation, and goal-orientation
Comfort with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Passion for printing, design, or apparel industries is a big plus
A hunter’s mentality with a customer-service heart
