Job Description
SUMMARY Provide exceptional customer service and sell masonry and hardscape supplies to contractor and retail customers. Assist with all showroom/sales counter operations as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from showroom visits, phone calls, and as assigned. Answer phone calls/greet visitors to sales counter and provide customer service as needed. Prepare quotes and provide product information to showroom visitors as needed. Stay current with product knowledge. Establish and maintain contractor relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns. Process sales including product ordering, financial settlement, coordination inhouse with inbound transportation department, and coordinating pickup or delivery of material with customer. Other duties as assigned.
