We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective lead generation and customer engagement. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in converting prospects into loyal customers, utilizing your skills in sales, and product demonstrations to achieve sales targets.

A competitive commission structure with no earning ceiling— 7% commission off of a target of 14 warm leads per week ($10,000 avg ticket)
Very little cold calling, no favoritism; you’ll focus on closing the deals.

Responsibilities
Running warm leads given from company
Conducting in-home consultations and providing quotes for products and services.
Negotiating terms of sales and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Collaborating with our installation team to ensure successful project completion.
Maintaining regular communication with Happy Valley Exteriors to report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback.
Manage accounts by maintaining ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and upselling techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
