Store Manager - Spencer's

The Store Manager role offers an hourly rate of $19.23 to $19.48, based on qualifications and experience.

The Manager is responsible for guest services, store operations, maximizing sales and profitability by managing expenses, shrinkage, HR, merchandising, and inventory in line with policies.

Physical demands include over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail management experience is required.
