The Manager is responsible for guest services, store operations, maximizing sales and profitability by managing expenses, shrinkage, HR, merchandising, and inventory in line with policies.
Minimum age is 21.
Physical demands include over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required.
