Description:

The Technology Support Specialist provides onsite IT support in healthcare environments, handling hardware, software, and applications across the organization.

Responsibilities include incident documentation, root cause analysis, user training, project support, and ensuring compliance with security and healthcare regulations.

Manages inventory, collaborates with vendors, performs proactive maintenance, and adheres to SLAs for timely resolution.

Acts as a liaison between on-site and higher-tier IT teams, supporting hardware/software deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

Provides excellent customer service to internal staff and external vendors, maintains detailed records, and participates in team activities.

Requires an associate degree with 4+ years support experience or 6+ years without degree, hardware/software deployment skills, networking familiarity, and physical ability to lift 40 lbs and travel within healthcare settings.
