Citizens Branch Manager

The Branch Manager leads a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence in a high-volume retail banking environment.

Responsibilities include coaching colleagues, fostering a customer-centric culture, and leveraging digital banking platforms to enhance experiences.

Builds community partnerships, develops talent pipelines, and manages branch performance to meet business goals.

Qualifications include at least 4 years of sales management in retail banking, leadership skills, and a proven sales record.

Preferred qualifications are an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and experience in retail banking and talent sourcing.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, compliance with SAFE Act, and availability for varied hours including weekends and evenings.
