Dialysis Nurse Manager

Dialysis Clinic is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals for the Nurse Manager role to oversee dialysis facility operations and nursing staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling patients and staff, providing direct care, ensuring treatments follow policies, and developing care standards aligned with regulatory and quality programs.

Coordinate staff training, collaborate with healthcare teams, and manage unit activities related to patient care, education, research, and operations.

Supervise nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff, fulfilling supervisory duties per policies and laws.

Work closely with leadership to identify operational efficiencies and support quality improvement initiatives.
