Restaurant General Manager

Seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to lead operations, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and manage a team of managers and staff.

Responsibilities include meeting sales and profit targets, executing accurate projections and schedules, maintaining safety and cleanliness, hiring and training staff, and controlling cash and inventory.

RGMs must ensure outstanding guest service, follow operational policies, and communicate effectively with management and community partners.

Work all shifts, including weekends, and develop team members for growth.

Requirements: 3-5 years GM experience, excellent customer service, ability to work under pressure, reliable vehicle, and preferred ServSafe certification. Benefits include performance bonuses, health plans, PTO, and career development.
