Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store, with an hourly rate of $16.75 - $17.00 based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program, subject to eligibility.

Responsibilities include helping ensure maximum sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory oversight.

The role requires a minimum age of 18, a flexible schedule, and physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds for 8+ hours daily.

Prior retail management experience is required.
