Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal retail store.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.75 to $17.00, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, End of Season Premium Pay, and other bonus programs based on eligibility.

The role involves maintaining guest service standards, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing inventory.
