Principal Engineer

The Principal Engineer in Aerospace & Defense leads design and development of fluid control and actuation products, providing innovative solutions and technical leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, assessing technical feasibility, reviewing drawings, and supporting engineering and production teams.

Mentors team members, guides technical reviews, and drives continuous improvement through training and innovation.

Requires expertise in hydraulic/pneumatic systems, CAD software (SolidWorks), analysis tools, and aerospace materials.

Experience in system sizing, testing, and compliance standards (MIL-STD-810, RTCA-DO-160) is essential.

Candidates should have a BSME or BSAE, 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Salary range: $175,000 - $190,000 depending on experience and location.
