Civil/Water Resources Engineer

This position involves conducting hydrologic and hydraulic evaluations for stormwater runoff, designing treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance infrastructure, and performing engineering feasibility analyses.

Responsibilities include researching innovative stormwater treatment methods, evaluating water quality data, assessing industrial and construction sites, and developing stormwater management practices to reduce pollutants.

Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans, exceedance response plans, technical reports, and assist with permitting and compliance.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, requiring a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), engineering design experience, knowledge of stormwater/wastewater regulations, and strong problem-solving skills.

Must have excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and be able to travel domestically; OSHA HAZWOPER certification is a plus. Flexibility to work outside normal hours is expected.
