What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Preconstruction Efforts: Spearhead pricing and estimating, delivering accurate, strategic proposals to support project wins.

Engage in Business Development: Interface with clients, attend presentations/interviews, and help secure new opportunities.

Guide the Design Process: Partner with design teams through all design phases, providing cost insights and constructability recommendations.

Oversee Procurement: Analyze bid packages, negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements, and drive cost-effective buyouts.

Plan for Success: Collaborate with field teams on permitting, scheduling, staffing, logistics, and site planning.

Run the Job: Manage submittals, change orders, quality control, safety, and documentation with precision.
