The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Marketing Campaigns, including but not limited to campaign build, list generation, program build, execution, and reporting. Ensures the integrity of the Live! player tracking databases. Is an expert at analyzing trends and KPIs in customer behaviors and spend throughout the property to make recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Managing all elements of campaigns: segmentation, creative, proofing, internal and external communication, reporting, etc.
Ensuring the integrity of the CMS database for accuracy and protection of proprietary guest and gaming data.
Monitoring database health & campaign specific KPIs.
Marketing Subject Matter Expert for Customer Interaction Manager (CIM). Working knowledge for following systems: Aristocrat – Oasis 360, MGT – Promo Suite and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
Manage Direct Mail program Proformas and Postformas.
Manage Teradata EDW and CIM business rules needed to support campaigns strategy and execution. Work along with Teradata Development team to accomplish needed elements for CIM campaigns.
Determine Direct Mail budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, Free Play) and all elements of it (forecast, reconciling, purchasing requisition process).
Manages Assistant Database Manager Database Analysts, or similar.
Works closely with Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute Email Campaigns that are part of CIM Campaigns.
Develops and manages regularly scheduled reports.
Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Coordinating with all internal departments, external vendors and/or agencies.
Execution on A/B testing plan set forth by Director of Database Marketing.
Assist with Establishing, updating, and ensuring full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and MLGCA & COMAR regulations.
Assist with other major Marketing programs.
Respond to guest inquiries through multiple inbound channels in timely fashion.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Eduacation
A 4-year degree in related field: Business administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, Data Analytics etc.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Database Marketing.
Minimum of two (2) years in a managerial role of people and processes.
Experience in database structures and creating queries is required.
SQL experience is a plus.
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
