Pricing Operations Specialist

Price Operations Specialist Job Summary: The Price Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of permanent and promotional pricing across retail locations in the region.

This role supports key departments such as merchandising, marketing, and store operations, helping to maintain pricing accuracy and resolve store-reported issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Approve promotional and ISS pricing submissions • Coordinate weekly coupon, rebate, and handout events • Execute permanent price changes in pricing systems • Support the tab audit process and resolve pricing discrepancies • Respond to pricing issues submitted by stores and coordinate resolutions Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1–2 years of experience in retail pricing, operations, or administrative support Special Requirements: • None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other basic office tools • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks Additional Desired Characteristics: • Familiarity with Revionics, PMMS, or similar pricing tools • Experience in retail or merchandising support roles Work Environment: • Office-based role with standard business hours • Occasional coordination with store teams; no regular travel required Other Duties: • This job description is not exhaustive.
