BAE Systems is seeking a Procurement Analyst II to join its organization.

Responsibilities:

Analyze manufacturing, enterprise resource planning, and other material requirements based on needs of assembly demands, replenishments, substitute parts/materials, production set-ups, engineering changes and enterprise supplies.

Resolve schedule, material requirement, or business system problems with cross-functional representatives.

Approve part or material requisitions and initiates production and purchase orders.

Resolve master schedules and production problems and negotiates lead times.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years work experience or equivalent education/experience

Experience with negotiating pricing (terms and conditions)

Experience communicating with multiple departments (internal/external customers)

Experience working with tight deadlines

Experience with DFARS/FAR

Experience utilizing MS Office (Excel)

Preferred Skills and Education

Experience as an Indirect/Capital buyer

Experience utilizing Oracle
