Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager - Drivetrain Systems is responsible for supporting business and product strategy while managing the product engineering team:

Development and execution of team and project budgets

Creation of innovation roadmaps and protection of intellectual property

Customer and market analysis to support business development

Identification and pursuit of new system application opportunities

Driving continuous improvement initiatives

Execution of timely product launches and changes

Up to 25% international and domestic travel as required

Other duties as assigned Experience

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline (MS preferred)

10+ years of experience in drivetrain systems

8+ years of technical leadership and global team management experience
