Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist!

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our team. If you’re passionate about helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities—and want to work in a supportive, collaborative environment—we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, voice, language, cognition, and swallowing issues.

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication challenges and treatment plans.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate updates to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid state licensure or certification

CFY or CCCs accepted

Strong clinical knowledge of speech-language and swallowing disorders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with specific patient populations or conditions is a plus

Proficiency in using EMR and healthcare software systems
