Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth production flow and adhering to company safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate gas, propane, or electric-powered forklifts equipped with various lifting devices to move products, materials, and equipment in warehouse or production environments.

Maneuver levers and pedals to operate lifting apparatus and transport loads to designated areas.

Safely position forks or lifting devices under, over, or around pallets, skids, boxes, or other materials.

Utilize scanning systems to track inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation.

Load, unload, and stack materials as needed; supply production lines with materials.

Conduct basic forklift maintenance, including battery charging, lubrication, and fuel tank replacement.

Assist with shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and general line supply tasks.

Follow all safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and comply with company GMP standards.

Perform additional duties as required to support daily operations.

Requirements:

Proven forklift operation experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels (hearing protection provided).

Strong attendance and work history demonstrating reliability.

Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
