Bindery Machine Operator & Setup Technician - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bindery Machine Operator & Setup Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in print production and bindery operations. You’ll receive hands-on training to learn machine setup and operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Train with an experienced Bindery Machine Operator to learn setup procedures

Shadow the lead operator to understand how to prepare machinery for production

Assist in loading and unloading materials into and out of bindery machines

Learn to operate bindery equipment safely and efficiently

Follow production instructions and quality standards

Support additional warehouse or production tasks as needed

Requirements:

Willingness to learn bindery machinery and setup techniques

Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials when necessary

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow

Previous warehouse, production, or machine operation experience is required

Job Details:

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
