Injection Molding Process Technician

We’re hiring Injection Molding Process Technicians for a full-time role with weekly pay, hands-on work, and growth opportunities in a clean, safety-focused facility. You’ll be part of a reliable team helping produce quality parts using the latest injection molding technology and equipment.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect and review production performance to ensure over 95% yield

Operate and monitor injection molding machines and settings

Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques

Complete mold cleanings, shutdown, and restart procedures

Repair and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed

Document changes and work with quality and production control teams

Write and process work orders for equipment requiring maintenance

Train and support less experienced team members

Keep work area safe and organized, with a focus on efficiency and quality

What You Bring:

Experience in injection molding or manufacturing operations

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools

Ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot problems

Strong attention to detail and safety

Teamwork and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement
