Job Title: Technical Machine Operator
Job Description
Join a team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality monoaxially oriented heat shrinkable film used in packaging and labeling applications for a variety of grocery store products. We are seeking skilled technical machine operators who will be trained to work on slitting and extrusion machines.
Responsibilities
Load materials into machines before running production work orders.
Perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.Essential Skills
At least 2+ years of technical machine operating experience.
Experience with machine operation, machine setup, machine changeover, and machine troubleshooting.
Ability to handle extrusion, slitting, molding, injection mold, CNC, and plastic injection molding.
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and comfortable with physical activities such as bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout a 12-hour shift.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience with slitting, molding, blow mold, injection mold, or extrusion machine operating is strongly preferred.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a modern and clean warehouse that is non-climate controlled but comfortable. Be prepared to work in varying temperatures throughout the year, with extra water breaks allowed during warmer months. The facility includes a smoking room and a break room, ensuring a comfortable space for downtime. Safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hair nets are required while working.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
