About the Client:

A leading Manufacturing Solutions company specializing in precision CNC parts with expertise in multi-axis machining of complex metal components. Industries served include:

• Automotive

• Aerospace

• Military

• Industrial sectors

Responsibilities:

• Write machining programs using Esprit, Mastercam, Gibbs, or other advanced CAM software

• Provide technical support to the production floor

• Develop and deliver process documentation (set-up sheets, tooling, inspection requirements)

• Investigate and resolve manufacturing and quality issues

• Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost

• Collaborate with machine tool/tooling suppliers and corporate partners

• Design fixturing for component manufacturing

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years programming multi-axis CNC lathes

• Strong experience with machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and alloy steels

• Familiarity with billet, castings, forgings, and varied material conditions

• Proven project management and new project development skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• 10+ years with Esprit, Mastercam, Gibbs, or similar CAM software

• CAD experience with SolidWorks is a plus

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems

• Experience with corrective action procedures

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Adherence to company safety procedures

• Must meet minimum vision standards (Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14", or Ortho-Rated 8)

• ITAR compliance required
