Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented professional to join our Fixed Income team. Key Responsibilities

As a core member of the Fixed Income desk, you will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to financial advisors. Your primary focus will be to deliver market intelligence, promote fixed income solutions, and support trade execution. Responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and promote fixed income opportunities through well-crafted sales communications, proactive outreach, and in-person engagements.

Advisor Support: Act as a primary resource for financial advisors, providing timely quotes, executing trades, and offering product expertise.

Marketing & Communication: Develop and distribute impactful marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our fixed income offerings.

Market Insight: Deliver informed perspectives on market trends, investment strategies, and product positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance sales initiatives and contribute to broader trading and business development projects.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a candidate who combines market expertise with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

Knowledge of fixed income markets, trading practices, and investment products.

Experience in client relationship management, financial marketing, and sales communication.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and basic HTML/PDF formatting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and effective communication skills across phone, written, and in-person interactions.

Education/Previous Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting or Business and preferably a minimum three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry.

OR ~

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Licenses/Certifications

SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.

FINRA Series 7 License and the ability to obtain other FINRA Licenses (as required).
