Accountant

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a $8M client who is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Staff/Senior Accountant to support their finance team for a couple of months. Due to immediate needs, this position is crucial in maintaining the day-to-day transaction management, focusing on billing and accounts payable (AP).

Title: Accountant

Location: Sterling, VA (on-site at least 3x/week)

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor bills efficiently.

Oversee billing operations and handle related email communications.

Utilize QuickBooks, Recurly, Ramp, Bill.com, and Gusto for financial management.

Experience with Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics) is highly advantageous. Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting, particularly within high-volume SaaS billing environments.

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software platforms.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
