Our local client in Bronson, MI, is hiring a direct-hire ERP Systems Analyst & Trainer (E2 ERP)! We seek a self-motivated individual to support, optimize, and train staff on the E2 Manufacturing ERP System, ensuring seamless integration and improved efficiency.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will bridge production, administrative, and technical teams to maximize ERP system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the E2 ERP system expert.

Analyze and optimize business processes.

Customize E2 settings and reports.

Collaborate with teams to resolve workflow challenges.

Train staff at all levels on ERP usage.

Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.

Monitor system performance and liaise with E2 support.

Lead or support ERP improvement projects.

Manage the IT infrastructure of E2 System

Qualifications

Experience with E2 Manufacturing ERP (required).

Understanding of manufacturing operations.

Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.

Strong training and communication skills.

Understad internal workflow

Train and support staff to ensure implementation across departments

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP upgrades or transitions.

SQL or Crystal Reports knowledge.

Understanding of training development.
