Senior IT Analyst – Cyber Resilience & Business Continuity
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Type: W2 Competitive Hourly Rate
The Talent Source is proud to partner with a leading enterprise client embarking on a critical initiative to strengthen its cyber resiliency and business continuity program. We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Analyst with strong business analysis skills and a solid understanding of disaster recovery tools, out-of-band communication, and enterprise content management systems.
What You'll Do:
Define and document business requirements for a new cyber resilience tool (e.g., SharePoint, FileCloud, OpenText).
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess vendor solutions and recommend the best-fit platform.
Develop clear and compelling presentations to support executive decision-making.
Take ownership of project follow-ups, drive stakeholder meetings, and track action items to completion.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and contribute to process improvement efforts.
Who You Are:
An experienced Business Analyst / Solution Analyst with 7+ years supporting enterprise initiatives.
Knowledgeable in cyber resiliency, business continuity, or disaster recovery practices.
Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Visio, and enterprise content management tools.
A self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with enterprise platforms like OpenText, FileCloud, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build process flows, swimlanes, and requirements documentation.
Comfort leading vendor evaluations and coordinating with IT leadership.
