trak group is conducting a confidential search for a seasoned Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and elevate financial processes in a fast-paced, evolving organization. Lead the monthly close process, reconciliations, and internal/external financial reporting

Oversee general ledger, accrual accounting, cost tracking, and fixed asset reporting

Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, variance analysis, and costing

Strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting procedures

Supervise and mentor a high-performing accounting team

Provide timely, reliable financial insights and support data-driven decisions What Youâ ll Bring:

Bachelorâ s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)

10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of accrual accounting, GAAP, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Proven ability to lead close cycles, enhance reporting, and improve controls

Strategic thinker with sound judgment and excellent attention to detail

Public company or compliance experience is a plus
