Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibility:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. This role includes leading both directly & with the support of brokerage partners.

Sales Strategy: Implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.

Market Analysis: Incorporate market research into sales messages reflecting industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales planning, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

Performs other Duties as assigned.Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work remotely.
