Project Manager (Civil Site Design)

Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annually

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in civil site design? We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a variety of projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to educational and multi-use facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage projects from initial concept through to final approval, ensuring all designs meet state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and management of diverse projects, ensuring all aspects from grading to stormwater management are expertly handled.

Develop comprehensive site design plans, including stormwater, erosion, and sedimentation controls.

Engage in regular communication and collaboration with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and team members to ensure project success.

Prepare and review concept, site, and subdivision plans and reports.

Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in NJ preferred; E.I.T. certification required.

5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in civil site design and land development.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or similar stormwater design software.

Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, erosion, sediment control, and utility design.

Experience with regulatory agency permitting processes, such as NJDEP.

Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and within a team.
