Job Description:

* A degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

*8+ years of proven experience designing high-quality, polished digital products and services across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

*Demonstrated experience as a design lead, guiding and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative products, experiences, and strategies.

*Strong proficiency in ideation, sketching, developing compelling interface concepts, and a natural talent for visual storytelling.

*A solid track record of creating comprehensive UX documentation, including journey maps, user flows, competitive landscape audits, product roadmaps, and robust design systems.

*The ability to bring ideas to life through prototyping in current software (e.g., Figma, Sketch), with a keen eye for micro-interactions, and responsive design principles.
