Position Overview
As a Radiology Technician, you will perform high-quality diagnostic radiological exams as requested by providers. You'll work with patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, and may also carry out additional procedures within your licensure scope, such as EKGs and Dexa bone scans.
Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Experience:
Preferred clinic x-ray experience.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical x-ray experience required.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential.
Licensure/Certification:
Must be an ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (State Requirement).
BLS Certification is also required.
