Summer Production Worker

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Summer Production Worker to join their team. As a Summer Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Summer Production Worker

Location: Birchwood, WI

Pay Range: $19/hr

What's the Job?

Set up, adjust, and operate machinery within a work cell.

Read process documentation to determine specifications and processing steps.

Perform quality checks and maintain production records.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.

Follow safety rules and procedures while performing housekeeping duties.

What's Needed?

Experience operating machinery and knowledge of materials and products.

Ability to read and write in English and understand a tape measure.

Capability to perform minor preventative maintenance on equipment.

Strong organizational skills to gather materials for assembly.

Willingness to work safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
