Accounting/Administrator Assistant
Small manufacturing company in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our Accounting Manager.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities
Make collection calls.
Reconcile A/P invoices and identify discrepancies.
Enter accounts payable invoices into ERP system.
Prepare weekly check runs.
Prepare bank deposits.
Reconcile expense reports.
Enter cash receipts.
Assist Purchasing Agent
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
Highly organized
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Hands on experience with MS Excel and ERP Systems
Data entry experience or aptitude
Degree in Accounting desired not needed
